Hi, Congratulations . What is your visa office ? Atleast cic telling u the status, my file transferred to NDVO so cic says we cant tell status contact ndvo and everyone knows how ndvo responds or not . Also did you do something regarding your RR for job duties or it automatically got passed ?

You will get an opportunity to change the employer while pushing your application for PR. But remember, they record this change. So, make the change and explain it in the LOE. Make it reasonable and it should not be a problem.

Ok what if I decline the ita and withdraw my ee profile and the start the process from scratch with a new profile?
And is this all process recorded?

Was in RR for POF
Updated proactively in March 2019
Got ADR in May 2019 and submitted documents in May 2019
File moved from Ottawa to NDVO in May 2019
Medical expired and status changed to you don't need medicals
No other movement and still in IP1
No response for web forms and emails to NDVO
Call centre agents can't give any information as the file got moved to NDVO
Ordered for second GCMS on 10th June 2019 and only movement I could see till June 12 was that after file reaching NDVO in May, my wife's medicals submitted in May 2019 was passed. Mine got expired in June and status changed to you don't need medical. The wait is too long and nothing seems to be happening.

Hi , My AOR is 4th, May ,2018 applicant.I was not asked for re-medicals. Application was updated, they updated the status from "You passed the medical exam " to "you do not need" in the first week of june
On July 8th application again updated from "you do not need" to "8-July, you passed medical exam".
I called CIC and they said application is still under processing and eligibility under review.

Is anyone with the similar scenario ?
Has anyone got PPR after medical extended but eligibility under review ?
approximately how much time do they need after medical extension?
Its been 14 months now

Your PPR should be around the corner, many get it not long after medical extention or taking re-medical.

Yes it will be recorded. However when you create a new EE profile with fresh details, you may be able to forgo the need of explaining the change.

I didn’t get any re medical request from Cic

That’s showing. you do not need a medical exam.we will send you a message if any changes . Lot of people getting re medical request why not to me .So it’s almost one year done with my file and I am calling them every week always same answer your file is in queue etc etc any body can help me out my file is in under federal skilled trade program.

No buddy.. The scenario at NDVO is so damn pathetic that I’m outa words. The best medicine is to forget about it. I think I’m at this level of depression with regards to it..
