I think 9 months is some sort of alarming time for agents. Have seen many people repot PPR ariund this time. Mine is approaching fast, hope this observation comes true .. lol

I am an FSW in-land June applicant. Montreal office. I know from GCMS notes that my application was approved in November.
I also know that an IM-1 visa was created for me in November. No PPR, no correspondence, or any other movement in my file since then.
Should I just go ahead and send my passport to the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa with a cover letter explaining my situation?

No you should nit send the Passport directly, without any reference.
Questions:
1. Did you raise a CSE or Call explainig details? What was the response?
2. Did you write to your LVO? considering Montreal does not have a direct email address.

1. Yes. They said to wait until 23 April 2019. If I don't hear anything by then, I should call them again.
