Hey guys,
So I have good news.
I'm Nigerian, living in Nigeria. My file was approved between the 9th to 13th of December ( ghost update could have been any day, because I wasn't checking).
I emailed NDVO on the 21st after one guy based in Canada emailed NDVO and he got his PPR.
And today on the 31st of December at 12:30pm NDVO time, I received a Do not reply email with subject "passport request letter" to submit passports at New Delhi.
I'm cheesing so bad.

Ps: if your file is approved, email NDVO, you can sort out the change of LVO for passport submission later.

Ok.
I applied for gcms notes and it showed that nothing had started. AVO is just not attending to files for now. I'll just have to be patient and hope they start in the new year.

guys,I do have a question..Um an outlander, So if my application is in Montreal (which is the case) , will it be moved to a visa office where I reside, or will it stay there till they finalize it in Montreal, I mean which one that does generate the golden e-mail ?

I just called CIC and was connected to an agent directly without any wait times, She confirmed that my file was approved on 17th Dec (same day when I got 2nd ghost update) and it’s still in Sydney. She asked me to wait for few days as Sydney will send the file to Ottawa and then Ottawa will issue PPR.
I will wait till 10th Jan before emailing NDVO.

Montreal mostly finalizes the file since most of their cases are for US/Canada based applicants.

Hey guys, I had a question. I received a redo medicals request on December 14 and new medicals were turned in on December 21st. New medicals changed to 'medical passed' on December 27 or 28. Any idea when to expect PPR?
