It was 12 of us. I was done in about 2hrs but my interview was not long may be 5 minutes, but for some people it was much longer 30 minutes or more. I was the 7th person they called. I thought I was going to be invited on the September 18th also but they told me about the October and the November ones. So we will see.

Hi guys, I had my test today. I got all the answers right they told to wait for oath invite. There is one in October and another one in November to wait for the letter.

yeah, I don't mind waiting, it is just the risk of having the file returned that scares me... although I checked everything 100 times... well... the wait continues...

LOL I think I broke the July record for AOR - 40 days! It was a tough wait. And the only thing that prevented me from having nervous breakdown was seeing you waiting too although you applied before me. The timelines are climbing up further...

Also..Can anyone explain what AOR and in process mean in terms of application progress.
Does it mean our application and attachments met their requirements and they don't need further docs etc?

It did not have an impact in my case. Just send it very early! It took them six weeks (!) to acknowledge the receipt.

Did you send your request via webform or any other means?
Will it help to call CIC call center?

Updated... It means.. you have submitted a complete application and the required documents to start processing your case. It does not mean they might not ask for any more documents. CIC can request for additional documents as well, if they need any more evidence or something is not clear. But if everything is fine with them they will not request any more documents.

I called cic again today regarding the communication they sent me on Aug 9th which I never received, last time they told me it was an email and today they told me it was a regular mail,
