Finally, I was able to login in Ecas today,still application received status.But,however, I noticed that they sent a copy of Discover Canada to my home address. Does it mean,that they started the review my application ?or it is just a routine practice for them to sent a copy on this stage.

Hi I have a question regarding my english language requirement to apply for citizenship.as I am studying in 2nd year of my diploma program in ontario (3 years ontario college advance diploma), will i have to go for language test or should i send my 2 years educational transcript with citizenship application?

According to their rules: •A diploma or transcripts from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating the successful completion of a program, in French or English, either in Canada or abroad is good enough.So if you send your 2 years education transcripts for citizenship, thats good enough.
