Anyways po, as per my handler sa Mercan, nowadays MRs are sent thru email nlang, and you will have to print the form. Yung sakin po kasi, as well as yung ibang mercan applicants, wala mang dumating na air21 forms unlike others. Maybe strategy po yun ng embassy to expedite MR distribution.

paprint mo ung form n nka attach sa email, xerox copy ng passport if wala national id and 2 xerox copy of id, 4 pcs passport size picture white background and ung medical fee 5250 sa st lukes ermita. ok nman din dun.
