We've just called CIC. We got approved on September 12, 2012. They put a wrong email address for my husband. That's why we have never received email. An agent told my husband that our file is already in Ottawa.
Sydney office confirmed that sponsorship was approved and that they have received the application. Really strange that I never received any correspondence and ECAS shows it just as stage 1 AOR.

My sponsor got approved on Sept 11 by email. It says that it our application was sent to Mississauga, Ottawa. My sponsor is in Montreal, I'm in the US.
Application sent June 26 Application received June 28 Medical received June 29 AOR and approcal received Sept 11.
We sent additional docs on sept 12 as well as the Quebec's CSQ application.
Please folks, tell me, does Mississauga plays the tole of the VO? Because it says it was sent to the visa office.

You probably mean the Ottawa Case Processing Pilot office (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/ottawa.asp). I believe some PR apps formerly transferred to Buffalo are now going to Ottawa. Yours may be one of them. Mississauga is where the Case Processing Centre for all Stage 1 (sponsorship assessment) takes place, then PR apps go to the VO responsible for the region the applicant lives in.
I'm not sure what the processing times for CPP-Ottawa are, but you can probably join one of the ongoing threads related to that VO to see what other applicants' experiences are like, for example http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/cppottawa-t118769.0.html.
Is there any specific day of the week that New Delhi office is calling for Phone Interviews i.e on Monday or thursday or friday something like this or its just random during the weekdays......
