nicelina, don't worry, now you have the uci number, it would be faster. you will get there soon.

my hubby's friend applied for his wife in late july, but sent to the wrong address so he wrote to cic and some extremely nice officer pulled out his file, gave him an uci, and forwarded his application onto missisauga... i wish he was the one touching my file... this guy is so lucky!!!!

when i wanna check my status in cic website after I enter the UCI number n d other information a check box appear which is as follow :
Please remove the ability for me or anyone else to view the status of my application and address information on this Web site.
n i should select it otherwise i cannot submit my information 2 check d status!
what should i do??!

for a moment i'm frozen... that means they touched my file. but how am i to see the status?????????? peeps, please help!!!

Still no approval or AOR. I have seen in this forum most of the people got approval and AOR. Even July applicants are also receiving AOR and approvals. I don't know whats wrong with my application. How to check the time sheet which your adding.

Don't worry nicelina I had the same case as yours. I submitted mine before last april but they returned it back coz the form I used was old one and I just send it back. I know exactly how frustrated you are, I felt the same too before but we need to move on and do what must be done. God bless us all!

i didn't check d box, i cannot check my status provided that i received the approval!
my hubby cannot contact cic to fix this problem since d waiting time for being on hold to connect is approx 45 min n his break time is less than this! :-[
i don't know what to do!
there is no option to see my status n d website just ask to check d box! :-\

I got our application back today. One signature was missing. Can't believe that. So mad at myself now.

Hi nelly... sometimes when you cant view your status online is because they are updating it...so my best guess is that they r updating to Decision made

Hi guys! Sponsorship approval came through today , only 2 months and 3 days since our application was received. Def shows that you should ignore the date they give on the website because that says they're working on applications from May 18th but ours was received over a month after that.

Visa Office: London
Medicals done : 09/06/12
Application sent: 23/06/12
Application received: 25/06/12
No AOR
Sponsorship Approval: 28/08/12
