k so guys..i just got off the phone with a cic-agent.....and in exact words..I asked him how long should I recieve approval after an AOR....hes like in about 2 months :-X........i really dont believe that....
they always say that on the phone, so don't worry about it. most people get approval quite soon after AOR. At the same time - it seems that now CIC starts sending AOR quite early in the process, which is good as you know your file has been approved, but at the same time - it creates tension.
I think you still have a bit to wait - April is almost done, they are half way through May, so probably another 2 to 3 weeks before you hear from them. Set your mind to that, otherwise if you expect it to arrive the next day, it will be every day torture... no need for that! it's difficult already to wait.

with a PDF attachement that stated:

Congratulations! I feel bad for the people in April and May who still haven't heard anything or not have been approved yet. But the selfish side in me hopes that I'll get approval soon, too.
