Vivis, I wish the best news for you from your GCMS. The bad thing is that it takes 1.5-2 months for GCMS to come and you had only I don't know 30 or 60 days to appeal the decision. It is very unfair. Plus the kind officers make the decision on x date and inform you minimum after 15 days which I believe is by intention in order to prevent you from successfully object the decision.
My case is in in process since April 2012.........i really pray for every one especially for you........cause i can imagine how much dreams we have connected with this immigration......nex as God wills ........

It is tentative date, just to have some kind of time schedule. But I really hope and wish tomorrow your status becomes 'In Process'
Anybody knows if I change my address online in CIC check your status online website, how long it will take to have it effected (updated)?
Or if I send letter/fax and request CHC London to update my address, how many days after receipt of communication the address actually changes in my online status?
By the way there is some changes for new FSW applicants going to be effected in Jan 2012:

I've read the article and seems to me it is still a proposal and hasn't taken effect... Moreover, since my application has been processed and I received request for MR I don't see how these changes have an affect on me? but please correct me if I am wrong and thanks for sharing the info.
Thank you all for your wishes. Patience is key...don't lose hope, the thing you are waiting for might just be around the corner...
New changes will not be effecting old applications. So no issues at all with yours. I mentioned the release just for others information.
CHC London has sent me a letter reaching my lawyer after 10 days and given me 60 days to explain some points in my file. This is while my e-cas has not changed in CIC online status check.
