My case same like you guy. my ECAS is showing RBVO since SEPTEMBER 19th until now. other VO start to picking up the processing speed but not for SINGAPORE VO. check your email more often guy that is what I am doing now.

My spouse PCC expired on 8th of dec n mine will expire in feb.
is it possible to get new PCC for both of us now????

i do not know what is the procedure in India..............but in Pakistan urgent Passport can be got in 7 days........and if your passport is near to expire like before six month of expiry you can apply for another passport........................no worries...............

Mine is already expired since they take it as valid only for 3 month when is actually valid for 6 month...any ways...with the time it takes for them to process everything it always expire. My guess is that they will ask again for that certificate when they request the medical.
