Unfortunately, no one can predict when you will get MR. There are Sept-Oct 2010 applicants who have not moved an inch from RBVO status. Just be a bit more patience for that is what Canadian immigration process is all about: Patience, and a lot more of it!! Good luck...Mandie
It seems on 18th there was no news, we are entering to no news zone, as in coming week we have less applicants of this forum in the qeue. Other than pending ones, who inshalla will get their good news. I checked one more time mandi's sheet, to prepare mysef for 'In process' period, I saw more over I have to prepare myself for PER, as some people they got ther review after 100+ days! if I don't get NER ...
Nothing can beat me, I am here all the way. Even I welcome NER, then I will send again a stronger case back to the nice officers

Just wondering . . . does provision of an application number by CIC means that you passed the completeness screening? What's the chance of getting a PER if you've been provided with an application number?
Received an email yesterday from CIO-Sydney after 10 days of sending an inquiry of the status of my application. The email provided an application number and stated that my application has been received on June 21, 2011 and is awaiting review. My NOC is 4152; VO is Manila.

I would say yes, cos you wouldn't get that far if your file was not complete. Another way of checking is if payment has been processed. Getting PER after this stage has nothing to with the file number but everything to do with the quality of your application. I really wish you the very best! Mandie
