I think once the eligibility review is done you will receive PER (which is the positive eligibility review) .

Could you please advice more on ECAS? I tried accessing this system but I believe we need File number or client id to access our information. Please advice if I am wrong.

I tried with my client ID before but it did work. I guess it won't work until CIC issues PER

Nope! It only means your application is complete and awaiting assessment/eligibility review. After the review you receive PER/NER....Mandie

You can check ecas when CIO gives u application # which starts with E0000 (immigration file number). You may be given this when u make an enquiry, thus able to check status even before PER is issued. In the PER letter you are again given an eight digit code (UCI) which you use to check ecas by selecting client ID number this time, cos the E0000 won't work after PER. Well, that has been my experience...Mandie
