Hi Awai ali,

Have you come across any other case which was refused by VO after getting initial PER and what was the reasons??

I have read out many but now there is not in my mind.......but you can search write refusal in search box on your right top of window in the same page.........you will get many result with reasons of refusal........

Have not seen the letter, I am still at work. It was my partner who received in our mail. I guess they are not satisfied that our common-law relationship is genuine since everythings fine before the interview we had on Monday. I won't let this stop us... We will reapply and I still have faith in God. Good luck everyone! God is good. He didn't give the visa today, but he gave me strength to accept it and say... Canada, I'll see you soon

you have applied under FSW so if they were not satisfied with the relationship they could have passed you and could have rejected your partner since its not a family class sponsorship where they care alot about relationships.

Nope...if the relationship (adaptability) contributes to the 67 points, then she won't qualify as she will have less points....Mandie

Got your point, but my total points is 72. Since they are not satisfied with my Common-law relationship the didn't give the points for Adaptability.. That's 4 points for my partner's educational background, and 5 points of her having a relative in Canada. That is a total of 9 points. So if you'll do the math, I didn't reach the 67 points.
