Ielts overal is 6.5 not less than 6 in any
10th -86%
12th-96%
Graduation(BE-computer science and engineering)- 75%
3 year of work experience as SYSTEM ADMIN.
course applied-NETWORK TECHICIAN(Ontario college diploma)
college applied-CAMBRIAN COLLEGE.
Is there any chances of visa rejection?

It is sufficient. However, if you show more, there are no drawbacks.

I did the same. Then there was a message came again from the CIC to do my medicals. Will submit my medicals this week. Heard that that's the last stage of visa process. Not sure true or not

Are you sure? What I read was, after checking eligibility, and reviewing other documents they call for medicals. ( Well that doesn't mean you obviously get the visa, but still )
