DONT do it, dont. Raising webform for this is bad. It will create problems for everyone. Webform needs to be used properly and not check status. I think you can use GCMS notes for this, but that will take months!!

Yes using webform properly is better. Not for asking Visa office.. it can impact adversely in my view. Even if u know about visa office we can't do anything about it.. they won't change it on our behalf either.
