It is generally mentioned in the end of email. Not in Aip. Please check.

I applied on july 6 th
Got AIP yesterday sept 4 th
No medicals & no biometrics

Install 2ndLine app and call CBSA on +1 905 676 3640.
Through their IVR menu you can connect to IRCC.
Connecting Codes are 2-3-4-0
. It won't connect everytime because of high traffic they're receiving these days but still it'll work like 5 times out of 10.
Their call center starts from 9 AM EST (Monday - Friday).

If they pick up... should I just tell them... my classes will start on 9 September and I applied on 21 July and gave biometrics already and they will tell me where the application and maybe a response on when will I get a final answer??

You can ask it directly and tell them your classes start on sep 9 in the webform, the call center agents just give you information, rather tell that info and ask them to expedite in webform
