So, what is your guesswork/research on timeline for Eligibility and Background Check change to completed. I think I see most applications processing within 30-50 days after BIL/MEP. can I expect a similar timeline for PPR?
My advice is pretty standard - keep your expectations low. I've been long around enough to say that timelines change and people who overexpect don't usually come out happy from this process. If your eligibility and bgs is in progress already, it should complete fast (1-2 months max), but would you be issued a RFV/PPR/Portal in time? No one can tell. Assume you got 2-3 months in front of you.
Status of Biometrics on tracker now says Biometrics completed.
I have heard that it does not get updated easily on tracker but for me it seems to be real-time.

I guess IRCC fixed it.
Hi all,
I have applied for study permit post submission of my PR application this month.
Should I raise a webform or something to inform IRCC about the same or is it not required?

Not required. Unless you get married, divorced, a child was born, charged for a crime, etc - IRCC doesn't need to know.
[July 19: Medical passed. July 21: Eligibility completed on tracker only.]
July 24 update: Biometrics done this morning and marked completed on GC Key, not yet on the tracker.
Guys, I know it must be a dumb question at this point! But what is a ghost update?
July 26 update: Biometrics now completed on tracker.

Your Eligiblity completed insanely fast. what does it say about background on GCKEY account.

Exactly, it happened so fast that I'm starting to wonder why mine is taking so long. I got AOR on the same day.

You two have different docs, different case processing officers, etc.

It is insane. I’ve been scouring crowdsourced tracking websites and found no one with eligibility completed within one week of MEP/BIL, much less two days. Which is why I am scared out of my mind despite our friend iSaidGoodDay’s reassurance, thinking that it might mean there was something so seriously wrong with my work and education papers that they just decided to get this step over with and mark it completed without looking into it. However, background has been in progress on both GC Key and the tracker since I did my biometrics, which makes me think they wouldn’t go to the trouble of checking my background and keeping my application going if I had already been found ineligible. So I hope it really is a good sign.

Is it possible they might be prioritizing category-based invitations?

Just saw you are healthcare invite, no wonder with such quick processing. They would go to any extent to get you folks over there.
My BG is in progress since i created tracker and went to in progress on GCKEY when i submitted my biometrics. As of now, both Eligibility and BG are in progress on both the pages. Let's see how long it takes.

There is no one who was approved as fast as I did when it comes to PR, safe to say comparisons don't make sense for outliers. Any progress is a good thing. If you had issues in your application, you'd either have received an ADR or PFL.
AOR on July 18, no updates after AOR... Not able to create tracker account. Is anyone the same?
I wonder if change of Immigration minister is going to affect the current application processing times.
