So, just wondering if anyone know how this works.

BIL/MEP August 1st
Eligibility/BGC- In progress since August 15

I've called severally, and the last time, I am told Eligibility is Review Required comment on it.. not sure why.

We have ordered our GCMS notes though...

But, just wondering how it works afterwards.. PVO is CIO Sydney.

Any insight is appreciated

I gave an upfront medical exam. However, my profile still has not updated. I had heard that medical exams are passed in a few weeks. Mine have not. My UCI also starts with CAN, and that hasnt changed. Any information on timelines would be helpful.

Did you call, an july AOR not getting a numerical UCI seems very wierd, try calling them on the phone. Good luck

No I havent called. i thought the processing time is 6 months, which technically Im still within. But I will try to give them a call. Thx

Yes 6 month timeline is for approvals true but in your case not having UCI hampers you from viewing the progress in the tracker. You can always call and ask why an permanent UCI is not assigned. Yes chasing them for approval you can do after 6 months.

Any idea on what number I can contact them on? All options seem to be going on an automated voice message. I also submitted a web-form just in case.

Are you inland? try using 1-888-242-2100 but yes if you try many times you will be lucky to get through, unfortunately IRCC is pretty poor in that.

Quick update on anyone else facing this issue where you just havent heard back at all. I submitted a web form asking about my UCI, and today they updated my account. So turns out they are keeping an eye on the web form at least.

New biometrics: July 6
Medical passed: July then it went blank and on October 15th got updated again with new expiry date for I and my husband Oct 2024
Eligibility completed as per tracker on October 15th.
Background check: still in progress called IRCC few weeks ago was told criminality passed, info sharing completed, security not started.
The wait is tiring..

Quick update on anyone else facing this issue where you just havent heard back at all. I submitted a web form asking about my UCI, and today they updated my account. So turns out they are keeping an eye on the web form at least.

It shows like this
"Final decision - October 23, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."
While the tracker is updated with COPR document details for me and dependent.
