AOR - 13th July
Upfront Medicals updated - 25th July
ADR - 25th July IMM 5406E, submitted 28th July
Biometrics - submitted and updated 11th Aug
Background check - completed 16th Aug
Eligibility - completed 16th for primary. In progress for dependents
not sure how much time will it take now, since primary applicant has everything completed
Congratulation
Also PNP Inland OAR July 14. Medical and Eligibility completed 27 July, then stuck at the Biometrics and Background in progress. In fact, they haven't sent me any BIL yet.
I think that this trend is observed. if you will search the forum: "Background verification status has been updated to In progress" then there is not a single person who has received a PPR after such an update. starting from May.

I try not to go there without GCMS notes as I could be easily wrong. Calling IRCC to ask what part of background check is in progress could clear some air too.
Congratulations and I wish you the best of luck in Canada!
Please forgive me for my intrusion. I just found out you’re a doctor like me from your posts elsewhere. I wonder if you have plans for continuing your career in Canada. All I’ve heard since I found out about Canadian immigration two years ago is that it’s exceedingly hard for foreign-trained doctors to continue their medical career in Canada after moving there. I wonder if you’ve made any research into that yourself.

Yes, I'm planning to take the tests this year and in 2024. I'm already a specialist, but I'll redo my residency in order to be simpler. I know that is another long process, however, in my opinion, I think it's worth it. If you want, you can DM me.

Your timelines and status is extremely similar to mine! I am FSW - inland. We have seen FSW and PNP applicants get PPR in 30-45 days. Fingers crossed. CEC is taking time maybe due to majority of Express entry files being CEC lately.
