I emailed on cic Ottawa on 2nd and I got reply that my application has been approved and you will receive an email for RFV very shortly and u need submit passport. My BG went IP2 on 26th sep , My AOR on 26th july and Med passed on aug 7th . So I am waiting for that email.

Yes After medicals mine was in NA for a while and changes to IP2 on 27th sep in between my file was at CIO Sydney and now its in Ottawa

mine AOR is on July 2, and still on IP1.i called couples ago, they said they are still doing my BGC.

Not all August applications are processed, many are still pending.

i don't know why do they need so much time to do my Background check. i have been in Canada since 2009, i am all clean here. I travel a lot, but many people do as well, they got their PPR fast.

BG NA - 19th Aug

Since then there is no progress in the application. Please suggest if some action needs to be taken at my end or should I wait for some more time before emailing or calling CIC. The wait certainly, like for all of us is excruciating even though within the time frames promised by CIC
