Hi guys.i called yesterday for the second time and ask her about security screening she said that she doesn't know about this security screening (weird)...basically it was the same answer that i had the first time.obviously she doesn't know much things or she act like she doesn't...she keeps saying that we have to be patient. But honestly we are tired to be patient.we are in the 9th month.and i think that at least we deserve an honest answer or clafication for this delay !
Same here..but you should have asked for security is passed or not? cuz they dont use the terms as we use them...to me she said that when the file is at rome vo there is no timeframe as it is stated on the website...excuses becuse if you state 180 days..are the total amount..you dont say there is no timeframe..i dont know whats going on..why we have to wait for so long...and yes.. my patience is coming to an end..i dont want to be patient anymore

They know about security an agent told me once that everything passed exceptt security and last time the agent told me no need to ask about new medical since the security check is not done, but some agent prefer to give generic answer

Me on july 27.and to be honnest when i see others getting their pprs within few months is makes me sick, sorry for that but it is the truth. I wasn't like that before, i was happy if others were happy but this unfairness is changing me and i don't like it

We are being penalised for someone else's inefficiencies. We ordered a police certificate from Cuba last June and it still hasn't arrived. CIC are not waiving it and not telling us what to do. So we just have to wait forever. Feels unfair to be punished for something we have no control over.
