Hey! How did you manage to call them and get in touch. I've been trying for so long at +1-613-944-4000 and the line always disconnects after automated voice says they cannot connect me to an agent because all lines are busy. Please help!!

I used the same number. Maybe you should consider the timing; call during Canadian work hours.

Finally got through to them. The rep was very nice and helpful. My application is under security screening (since Aug-17) with no idea how much longer it can take. It's now been exactly 8 months since AOR.

Just wondering if anyone has come across applicants (from older AOR months) that eventually got their PPRs after 7 months and upwards. Maybe it will help us as we wait...lol...

No Movement after Medical Passed background check remained : NA

PPR: 1 March 2018.
Almost 8 months!!

This wait is really distracting and killing. Does anyone have idea of people who had waited this long and what was the outcome, and possible reason(s) for the long wait? Mails, calls and even gcms notes seem not to give answers anymore to the actually reason for this long wait especially when ur gcms notes clear stated PASSED for Eligibility, Medical and Criminality since November, 2017.

They must have some logical reasons behind these delays over 8 months apr and who have cleared everything.

Same as me.. my aor 27.7.2017 and im still waiting. My visa office is Rome and they havent touched my file at all since oct 19th that was transferred there. And im not in ss as my gcms notes state.

No, I haven't. GCMS notes are not helping anyone these days whose cases are processed from London VO.
Its just Wait and Watch.

Hi guys i could remember there was a time when some of us had our ADR change from "no additional document required" to "we are reviewing documents provided" and later reverted back to "no additional documents required'. Hence, has anyone of such pple received PPR, or noticed anything in gcms note with respect to what is actually going on? This wait is really energy sapping.
