Application submitted through the IRCC portal on behalf of parents. Parents hold US visa.
Seems like applications from 2nd half of July are processing, but not the first half. I applied for my parents on 1st July, my friend applied on 14th July. I even submitted webforms, reached out to local MP, called IRCC, but nothing happened, where my friend got approval yesterday for her parents.
Both applied from Canada but parents from India, with biometric done in Delhi.
Seeing few more approvals on this thread, but all from later half of the July, so thinking may be they are processing from 2nd half.

Exactly, that is what even I have noticed. Ircc is processing the cases submitted in the 2nd half of July. All the PPR we have seen here recently are only from second half of July 24.
