Huge variability in processing times between countries and even within countries. Could take many months to get a response if the application needs manual processing.

Can you please share more details about previous refusals and what you did differently for this application? I'm trying to reapply for my sister in Pakistan, she already has one rejection. Please let me know, would appreciate any tips and insights. Thank you!

I applied from India, even I received the mentioned documents with address of Canada. It is all coz the system is online and is controlled all the way from Canada brother.

but one thing is that around afternoon canadian time i got ppr request 12 :30 pm at that time its 1 pm in india im sure noone working at 1 pm so i think i depends where you apply from the ip address which you apply from it atomically assign visa officer from that area
