Hello@ hssrp
We have not seen any update since the completion of the test on 5th and 6th of September. Background was also complete before that. LPP still in progress. When, as per your judgement, can we expect the oath letter? We got the test invite from Niagara Falls office.

NGF office is notoriously famous for completing the LPP and scheduling oath slower than other offices. There are a few from May group still waiting. Hopefully you get some updates in the next few weeks.

@hssrp I submitted post graduate certificate( did it back home in a well know university) as a language proof, but they sent a email says that The language evidence you submitted does not meet the required criteria: we ask that you provide either results of an IRCC-approved third-party test at CLB/NCLC level 4 (or higher) in speaking and comprehension skills; evidence of having completed (or currently attending) secondary or post-secondary education in English or French in Canada or abroad; or evidence of achieving CLB/NCLC 4 in certain government-funded language training programs. in the above list they mentioned I can provide post-secondary education in English as a language proof, I am confused what to do now. Please guide me.

Does your PG certificate mention the medium of instruction as English?
Did you give IELTS as part of your PR application? If yes, you can submit it even if it expired, as it will be considered as valid.
