No updates in our portal yet.

what is the best source to do preparation for test I am not good in reminding dates etc I am looking something chapter wise where I can read and practise possible questions.

Guys, I’m taking the test tomorrow. I hope I studied enough . I saw some people who failed the test, not because of their results, but due to other circumstances. What are the main things I should keep in mind during the test?

Don't connect the docking station or external monitor.
My initial test results are invalidated as they detected some technical issues.

How to find out which office is it from? I do not see anything in my email.

It's from email address DNCITVANTESTS@cic.gc.ca. So I guess it's Vancouver office.

HI, is it okay to use mobile hotspot for the citizenship test to ensure the wifi doesnt get interrupted? Also, I am confused about how to get the webcam to take a picture of the id at the time of exam

I have a similar question. Were there any issues using the mobile hotspot during the test? Sometimes the internet connection is not stable. It keeps going on and off. Thank you.

July 25 - Applied online
Aug 06 - AOR email (Sydney office)
September 27 - Citizenship test scheduled
October 01 - Citizenship test invitation email (Niagara Office)
October 5 - Citizenship test passed
October 09 - Citizenship test marked completed (shown 11 oct)

When can i expect BGC completed? They used to do BGC before Test invitation nowadays things seem to be different

Hi Everyone,
Good morning,
I was attending a conference and could not see Tracker, Just checked that got my Citizenship Test results updated to COMPLETE, on 9th October.
Still waiting for by Background to be Complete as it is already Complete for all my family members except me.

I completed my citizenship test today. I also submitted my fingerprints on Oct 7.

Haven't heard anything from them yet.

Hi Guys,

I submitted my application in July, 2024 as well but haven't received any update after my test does anyone know what could be the reason, here is my timeline:
1. Application Submission - July 7th, 2024
2. AOR - July 16th, 2024
3. Notice for Test - July 30th, 2024
4. Test completed - August 19th, 2024
5. Background check marked Completed - July 29th, 2024
6. Test updated on Tracker - August 21st, 2024

No update since then..... The rest everything is under progress and Oath is 'Not Started'
