Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet. I received AOR today August 01, 2024; application submitted on July 23. Tracking Link says invalid when I'm trying to sign up. Am I too early? Should I wait for day(s)? Thank you all!

Too early. It took me 4 days to activate the tracker after receiving AOR. Just wait and try creating an account again.
