Finally got the oath email, after the tracker update last week. Posting my full timeline below with new updates. @hssrp please update the sheet (and a big thanks for continuous guidance).

Notes:
- Oath ceremony email has come for all 4 of us. Children have also been instructed to attend. I am not sure if it is a hard requirement, but we plan to have them attend as it will be a significant event for them
- GCMS notes:
We had requested GCMS notes on 13 Nov 2024, for both adults in the application. This was after 2+ months of test completion. The notes arrived on 6 Dec, and were generated on 28 Nov 2024, but before the LPP update on our tracker (the GCMS notes showed LPP as "not started"). I am not sure if the date of LPP and report generation being the same is a "BIG" coincidence.
I had ordered a second set of notes for myself on 16 Dec 2024. That report has not yet arrived. Would be interesting to note the differences in the 2 reports.

Yes, they send the oath invite for all applicants but it is optional for minor children. However, as you rightly mentioned, it is a significant life event so will be great for them to attend and experience it!
