I meant to ask how long it took to see the update made on the tracker if the FD was updated first on the GC Key first (or vice versa). I currently have the COPR displayed on my application as of Apr 23 but no FD posted on the GC Key yet.

So, getting FD isn't even procedural. Some people never get FD. To give you context, some of us never even received FD or CoPR number on our tracker OR even had Eligibility/Background check even started before we got our Portal/PPR/RFV. But, if you got CoPR number on PR tracker, you are very likely to have an application pending for a final review or an approved application.

Thank you for clarifying! That makes sense. Besides asking for GCMS, is there a way to know if the application is pending or approved? Per IRCC SVO is Montreal, PVO Edmonton

You can call IRCC and ask, but I think agents say anything they want sometimes. From what I remember, they have access to almost the same info we do. Hopefully, you won't have to wait for much long.
