If there is a previous visa or work permit refusal and you answer YES to the statuary question, will this raise a Review Required in the Eligibility stage?
I don't know what it means (includes) but we are all praying to have our Eligibility completed or even started I believe this is a great sign! Best of luck.
I am freaking out! What is a "Review Required"? I had multiple visas refused (from PR applications to visitor visa, and study visa), but eventually got 2 multiple entry visas (visitor), a study visa, PGWP with an extension (so applied twice)...I never heard about the Review Request thing before. Where did you read it? In your tracker or you were sent an email? Do you have to submit additional documents?

If your profile has anything which requires additional review from 2nd officer (moslty senior) than it will show REVIEW REQUIRED in that section.
Mainly this happens when the applicant has Visa refulsals in past or there are any documents which is not as per IRCC guidelines.

Thanks for clarifying. Now I am extremely FREAKING OUT! Oh boy! I am wondering if anyone got their work/study/visit visa approved from the first time when coming to Canada
Thank you though

Congratulations. It's certainly a big milestone. It means that the visa officer has verified that you're eligible for the program/stream you applied. Now, they will be doing your background check for admissibility. You're almost there! Can you please share your timeline?
