Now would be a good time for you to apply for GCMS notes. Only then, you could know what's the hold up on your application.

Eligibility completed means that you have passed the A11.2 assessment where they check if you were eligible for the program you applied.

Did you link your PR Card application in your express entry profile? If not, do it so that you can track its status.

No. If you didn't link it, then you just have to wait for the cards to show up! Also, if there were any issues regarding your photo, only then they would email you.

Got my Ecopr yesterday on 28Jan2025
The application status in the application tracker shows closed.
I haven’t linked my ecopr to my gc account as I didn’t applied for CEC from my portal.
