I got P1 on Monday, Oct 7 and FD on Friday, Oct 4. So pretty much just the weekend. Otherwise, it’s usually 1-3 days mostly.

Got P2 today Oct 28. Avg wait time to expect is 21-25days.

Don't worry, ususally when you get a date next to FD it's usually good news. You should be getting RFV (if outland) or Portal 1 email (if inland) soon! Congratulations!

From other threads what I could gather is that Winnipeg VO is the second worst when it comes to delay followed by Montreal VO being the worst. So, I still think you might receive updates soon. But it's better to call them as some other applicants got to know that their PVO/SVO changed after they called IRCC waiting for an update for several weeks.
