what are steps of inland spousal sponsorship?
Applied on June 15, got biometric request on 10 August, completed biometric on 14 August, what are the next steps? how long is the processing time until i get my PR?

I will apply for an extension of my Temporary Visa since im closing in to 5 months my stay here. I noticed that they require medical exam. Can i use same medical exam for my PR application once they requested it?
