Just received a response from CIC for inquiry sent on Jan/25/2022 regarding the address update.
As per CIC Agent updated the address in my file on Jan/13/2022 and the request for address change was submitted on OCT 31, 2021

It’s typically before the background check is complete. That being said, these folks can even request one just before the oath lol.
