The ECAS tool here https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do does not work for me. It says application not found. I am sure I am putting the information correctly. However, I could make an account at https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login and it shows my application is in progress (updated Oct 6). Anyone in the same boat? Is ECAS tool working for you?

Yes, same here. I made a post about this two weeks ago. It's been a month since I received my AOR and I'm still unable to view the status of my application on ecas, only through the tracker. I tried both the application and UCI number, no luck.

I am one of them too, I can't use eCAS but the new tracker works for me. Seems Majority ( i think ) who applied online in Q2 and later this year can't use eCAS at all.

I just checked my citizenship tracker, and it shows that the Background Verification is now Completed (Nov 12). The other sections are still in progress or not started.

Just myself for the FP request. Every facet of the application was in process and didn’t change.
