This is what I see with Old e-case mode

Citizenship

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on July 26, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on October 15, 2021.

So far I have not got any mail or email on Oct 15 about AOR. So it seems I missed 1st AOR email with application number.

The AOR email is the one that comes from notifications@cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca

You can only access Ecas if you sent paper application.
