Hi- I noticed that only 16% show status in progress on the spreadsheet. Does it really take awhile for some applications to show this update or do we just don't know that information from other applicants, or both?

You shouldn't! There are people still waiting, mainly for whom applications were delivered +20 July and paper-based.
