Hi everyone, I'm a little concerned about my application. The tracker online shows it was filed on July 22nd 2021 (I received AOR on Sept 14th), however there haven't been any updates on it since Nov 9th, which was regarding the completion of the Background check. Everything else is showing as in progress since then.

My brother also filled on the exact same day as me (though he filed as a family of 4), and he has already even taken the citizenship test.

Is anyone else in the same boat, with no updates/progress on the application?

Did you apply it online? If so, online applicants are now only receiving test invites.

It largely depends upon your office- paper applications have witnessed a slight acceleration in timelines.

Are the paper ones now only starting to receive test invites as well. Or are those ahead in processing as compared to online applications?

I received mine almost 2 months ago for a family of 4 !

My brother's was the same, family of 4, and he received the invite 2 months back too.

That's why I'm a little worried why mine is so delayed (though I filed alone as single).

Nothing to fret - they might’ve figured yours is an easy-peasy application hence may have deferred it.

Hello folks! Anyone here got two ghost updates and nothing happened for a month.. I'm starting to be concerned. I called them and they said I just have to wait (of course).
Online Application: July 7, 2021
AOR: Oct 5, 2021
Ghost update 1: 28 Feb, 2022
Ghost update 2: March 1, 2022
and nothing after (No BGC or Test). What should I do??

Well! I am on the same boat ,everything is still in progress even after 3rd ghost update.

Yes me, the test invite was coming from a Calgary email though
