No portal, it was the manual paper-based submission of photographs.

Hi @legalfalcon would you be able to help ne with this. I'm outland and waiting for my pr to be finalised. Gcms notes say it is approved. I work for a Canadian company and my plan is to get an internal transfer when pr comes through. I just read that employer specific work permits can be issued for inter company transfers as long as my employer paid a fee etc. If they were happy to do this would applying for this interfere with my pr application or is there any reason I wouldn't be eligible. Thank you!

TRVs and PR are entirely different. Getting a WP ot ITC has no bearing on your PR application.

Once you move to Canada, make sure you update your address with IRCC.

Got my e-COPR yesterday but not my wife's.
AOR : July 28 2020 (CEC Inland with Inland Dependent)
Medical Approved(2nd Approval after expiry) : July 28th 2021
Background check completed(as per Portal) : July 14th 2021
PR confirmation mail : Aug 23rd 2021
Creds : Aug 25th 2021
Photos Uploaded : Aug 26th 2021
e-COPR : Aug 31st 2021
Nothing mentioned about security but I am sure it wasn't started on Aug 8th as per IRCC call.

I can see my file approved in CIC website with COPR document details for both me and my wife but my wife still hasn't received e-COPR. I will wait this week else will raise webform.
@legalfalcon My wife's current status will expire on Sept 30th not sure if in worst case we don't receive her e-COPR by then do we need to extend her status.

But anyways, finally got approval. All the best to everyone out there. Wish you get it soon.
