LOL...I actually was hoping someone Excel savvy was willing to create a spreadsheet, so we could get data and pick up on trends. IMM Tracker is okay, but doesn't reflect real time updates.

Yes, sequentially for July AOR's. I noticed a trend in the timeline when eligibility was "recommended passed" as well and have seen 3 July 7th AOR's receive COPR's so far.

Have come to the conclusion when July AOR's start to receive COPR's in mass it will occur within days of each other.

My AOR is 9th July. Last time I called in December and agent told me that my eligibility was recommended pass and criminality passed as well. Security was not started in December. After that I haven’t bothered to call them as last agent was a bit rude.
I had submitted my file through a representative, so I don’t have login info. So I always look into my status by calling IRCC and listen to an automated message. But today, after announcing my submission date it directly try to connect to an agent without providing any further updates.
Is this normal or some kind of glitch in their system?
I’m getting worried.

I don't think you should worry about this. Try reaching out to your representative to see if they see any updates on application, or trying reaching IRCC Agent over call as not every agent is rude. Last time I talked to an agent he was super nice. Moreover, it might be your turn for the good news. Good luck.

Just a glitch .. every one with 100% completion has same situation

Check with your representative, looks like your application might have been approved.
