Job Offer = 01 Sept,2020-31 Dec,2021.

AOR = 01 Oct 2020.

Eligibility start from 01 Feb,2021.

So when the person start the eligibility checking he'll find it is less than one year. in this case is the applicant eligible for the job offer - 50 points ?

Or the officer can ask for any other documents?

May all stage passed, I had one GU last Friday and called in telling me everything passed waiting for COPR

So I got hold of an agent, he couldn’t give me additional infos. He said to write a letter explaining my diplomas were obtained in Canada and therefore didn’t need a Canadian equivalence. He also said criminality was passed

I have a new issue now: I do not see any option to add my document. It doesn’t appear anymore in my document checklist page.

Final decision is made on 1st December and still did not get update. My office is Sydney. Seems people whose files are in sydney are the unluckiest one !

Talked to IRCC on 1 September, told me the above status

Ghost update-2 ( 12 January 2021)
Criminality- Passed
Final- Approved

Talked to IRCC on 1800... got to know that on 12 January final decision has been made, but don't see any update till date in account.
Anyone know how long it gonna take to get update in account??

No dude it is not that simple for everyone and not everyone is so lucky to get COPR just bcos application is approved. It is issued only if a privileged officer decides to take pity on you.

Yes that’s true but in our case it’s good that at least they have completed everything which is really good . Rest of course it based on the officer . We need to cross our finger

Its by a case analyst and its A11.2.
I had sent a letter from employer with job duties with NOC code, mentioning full time employment also I have attached the latest paycheck. Should I send something else as well?

If you have claimed points for arranged employment, your letter should clearly state that the job offer is contour and will be valid for at least 1 year after you receive a PR.

Also, it will depend on whether you are LMIA exempt and what kind f WP you have.
