VFS centres are temporarily closed in my country and only emergency cases are allowed. What happens if I don't submit biometrics at the VAC in 90 days? Will the PR processing get delayed do to this?

Aug 26: got an e mail for application status change, nothing changed.
Medical Results: not updated

The "Status Updated" email is usually sent exactly 24 hrs after the update, so basically it is the same thing you saw on Aug 25.
