Same here . My criminality passed but security not started and about eligibility she said its being reviewed.

The correct order is that security will start after eligibility is conclusively passed by an officer. Criminality and security are both part of the background check.

LOL. It's clearly a waste of time and take up limited spots for those who need to book appointments. When they need your records, it won't take much time to pull it from their database.

I got a ghost update today!!!! I first got an email saying “we are still working on your application” then another one came shortly after saying your application status has changes, to check what’s changed in your applicatio; sign in” etc, when I signed in, my status was application/profile received, then it kicked me out ( their site has been bad all day) when I finally log back in, my status changed to submitted. This happened two more times.
I am doing my biometrics tomorrow, fingers crossed

Anyone submitted passport to Paris VO, from other countries. DHL, UPS is saying prepaid return envelope is not possible.

@legalfalcon could you please suggest what can be done, I can only send my passport but how to schedule a return.

I too got 2 updated in the span of 35 mins; both states "we are still working on your application", you may not have heard from us in a little while. This is normal. most of the progress on your application happens closer to your estimated completion date.

Most applicants are seeing this, and some those who have already received their PPRs are also getting this. Its a system glitch.
