I have the same problem with you that I can’t claim the 50 points. And the eligibility is under review required. Is there any updates on your files?

Not yet.. submitted a web form with explanation and proof of arranged employment.. on further reviewing the notes I saw they have included the 50 points at the first review.. in second the analyst missed I guess .. keeping fingers crossed will let you know if I hear anything.. but for sure a delay of atleast 2 months

My wife is primary she holds a open work permit and the employment is permanent which should suffice I believe.. with deputations the letter with end date would be required I guess

AOR July 14. Contacted them on January 7th and I was told that bg check is in progress.
Recieved a GU on Friday. Hopefully application made some progress.

I am a CEC inland applicant. Received ITA on January 21, 2021.
i have submitted all my documents and fee on January 23, 2021. I have received the
Confirmation of Online Application Transmission
message.
However, I have not received AOR yet, is this normal?
