In the past PNP takes longer than FSW on average. For individuals, it could vary a lot though.

All application are processed with the same time frame. However, factors such as you individual circumstances, the complexity of the application, the visa office where your application is being processed, and the work load the office has etc. will play a role.

Exact the above, whether you apply as FSW, CEC or PNP, your application will be processed at the same pace.

It is not the date of med exam that matters, but the date when your panel physician transmitted the results to IRCC
