Today received Pre Arrival Intimation, Police Certificate request and Background check form to be filled afresh for filed sponsorship application. What are the next steps and what could be expected time from London Visa office. Filed application in July 2019 and application was transferred to LVO in Jan 2020 and this is the first communication then then. Thanks.

Correct. Although medical has already expired but did not request for new medical.

I got an email and it says "The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No.111111 has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO." Do you know where CVO is? I have to pick COPR up at Visa Centar in Tokyo. I'm wondering if CVO is in Tokyo.
