Is there not a marriage certificate? For Mississauga office you can send soft copies. Did they mention how to send the documents?

I received a letter regarding transfer file to Mexico on Nov 5 but there is no medical and biometric requested. Is that normal?
I am Canadian citizen and my husband lives in Guyana. I am worried about it.

Guess that's normal all ndvo offices outland do the medical and bio after the file is transferred so you should be getting an email in a few days to do biometrics

Yes both my wife and I submitted that form. We hired an immigration lawyer to take care of our application.
The representative(my lawyer) is in Canada.

We did include the marriage certificate when we submitted the application
They did mention mail, email or webform but I just want to make sure.
