Well based on stats, average is about 120 days or based on past 3 months data about 140 days.
Thats an average , it varies for some, but if you look at the stats within 10 months 85%-90% get ppr.
How did last year July AOR were receiving PPRs?

If you can see absolute majority received their PPRs in the three months of October, November (peak) and December.
However, based on the current trend, this may slight shift, to December/January being pick periods.

Wondered how many PPRs are issued per month and reported online?
Based on the statistics for the past few years, on average 300 pprs are being reported, if we consider that tracker data sample is around 10%-15% of all applicants submitting eAPR we can estimate that roughly 3000 PPR are issued monthly for those who submitted eAPR through EE.

The situation was a bit different in 2017, there were spikes and quiet times for PPR issuance as per chat below.
2017:
