Today when I spoke with the agent.
He told me that my file is transferred to Vancouver (VO changed again) for review. The file seems to be okay and no documents are needed for now.

I have will receive GCMS notes probably by Nov 20.

I wouldn't try and make meaning of it, at least you know they are actively working on your file and they are probably just allocating it to a different team to balance the workload between VO's.

My AOR is July 25, 2019
Medical, criminality passed
Today called IRCC, Guy said Eligibility Review Required
I applied under CEC.
My friend and I are working on the same designation in the same company.
We applied together and Our work experience and Education are the same as well.
His AOR was July 16, 2019, and he got his PPR this Monday.

I asked the IRCC guy about the reason of RR but he said he does not have access to Officer notes
